As part of his ongoing CPD he is currently studying for a degree in Osteopathy at the The London School of Osteopathy
Zac is a freelance lecturer, and has taught at the School of Sport, Health and Exercise Sciences, Bangor University. For three years he lectured HND Sport Science students in Research methods, exercise physiology, fitness and performance, and anthropometry. He is currently a tutor at the prestigious London School of Sports Massage (LSSM), and is in the process of seting up the Snowdonia Centre for Physical Medicine.

After six years as a professional cycle messenger in London, he returned to education Bangor University (SSHES) where he gained a BA (Hons) in Sport, Health and Physical Education with a First Class Dissertation on 'Physical Acitivity and Bone Mineral Density in Children'.
He was Club Captain of his University Rowing Club, threw the hammer (not very far!) for Queens Park Harriers, was a keen road cyclist (competed in the 1994 World Cycle Messenger Championships) and as a youth, ran for his county in the 100 metres.
He completed the London School of Sports Massage upgrade course in Sport and Remedial massage therapy in 2002 (BTEC Higher Diploma). This was followed by Modified Pilates for Physiotherapists (Matwork Level 1) run by the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute. He is the founder of Sportsresource.org.
Zac has lived and worked in Snowdonia, North Wales, for the past thirteen years. This has afforded him a deep insight into the prevention and rehabilitation of many outdoor injuries. He has a particular focus on climbing and kayaking injury and is well known for his treatment of these injuries.

He has organised sports massage cover for Triathlons at Llanberis, Mold, Bala, Denbigh (for Wrecsam Tri Club)
FBD Milk Ras 2003 with Energy Cycles Race Team,
Lake Vyrnwy Half Marathon;
Welsh Cross Country Squad at the Celtic Nations Cross Country 2004 in Ayr.
He organises massage and physiotherapy teams to cover large sporting events, such as the Fire Brigade Three Peaks Race.
Zac has written articles on sports injury for 220 Triathlon Magazine and he continues to tutor physiotherapy students in physiology, anatomy and statistics.
He presents on various topics to interested groups; he has presented seminars on Posture to the Radiographers at Breast Test Wales in Llandudno and Cardiff as well as the North Wales NHS Trust Vocational Training Scheme for young GP's. He has presented seminars on biomechanics of Karate and injury prevention to the Welsh Traditional Karate Federation and most recently presented seminars to 2nd year Sports Science students at Bangor University on Anterior Knee Pain and on the role of Osteopathy in Sports Medicine.
As part of his ongoing CPD Zac is currently in his 4th year studying for a degree in Osteopathy at the The London School of Osteopathy
In partnership with University of Wales Bangor we are sponsoring a 3 year PhD, in conjunction with European funding, carrying out research into massage and its affects on disease processes.
